How RakBaan handles active and current property listings
RakBaan uses the normal listing lifecycle as the publication decision. SEO does not introduce a separate approval badge: a property must be active and current to contribute to public discovery data.
What active means
An active listing is currently published on the marketplace. It does not mean every legal, ownership or third-party statement has been independently approved by RakBaan.
How market summaries are protected
Location and station pages use current active inventory and minimum-data rules. Figures are withheld and pages remain outside search indexes when the available coverage does not meet the publication policy.
How station proximity is described
Property pages may show the three closest catalogue stations within the configured range. Station hubs use a narrower SEO radius, and displayed distances are straight-line measurements rather than routes or travel times.
Questions and answers
Is there a separate SEO approval for a listing?
No. The existing active listing status controls publication. SEO eligibility then applies freshness and minimum-inventory safeguards to aggregate pages.
Why might a location page be excluded from search?
It may not yet have enough current active listings or sufficiently recent listing data. The page can remain useful to people while carrying a noindex, follow instruction.
